I just had an aneurysm trying to figure out what you just said. Invoice is in the mail. Also, if I had people like this working at my company, I'd fire both of them.
Which sucks, because it looks like that's the sentence that's was intended to describe the "dilemma" Either way, the CORRECT answer to this situation is to: Advise management to review the company's attendance policy as well as acceptable lengths and timing of breaks with anyone who may not be in line with the policy. Also detail the disciplinary actions that will result for not following the policy and ensure that everyone understands. Lastly, ensure that company policy is being enforced and follow through timely with any applicable disciplinary actions. I'm currently taking a prep course for a PHR (Professional in Human Resources) certification test. Been reading and studying a TON on this kind of crap. I now understand why everyone hates HR.
He got kicked out because he smoked to much? Kicked out of what? And why would they put battier with tmac because he smoked? I don't understand what's going on in this part, but unless it's against the rules to smoke then its a betrayal but if not, then battier seems like a dick.
It's against their policy to smoke cigs around the facility. Battier was desperate for another place because he kept ignoring his ultimate write ups for smoking,so tmac said joined me. Typical Battier then back stabs superstar tmac thinking he delivered an instant death kill. Tmac being always clutch, and loved by the millions and millions of fans is still standing. Now, both will see each other come playoffs. That's another story on what tmac should do.
Yeah Battier is a dick in this situation but if everybody knows the other guy takes long breaks then it was just a matter of time before he got talked to.
whooa there mother lover, felt like i was taking the SAT again with that intro. if breh one traveling at 189 mph...
That's why a lot of posters didn't understand me. I write for the SATs. You gotta be smart to understand me.
Why couldn't you just have given the breh's names like Wilhelm and Gerhard? It would have made reading the sample much easier.
pouhe scored in the 90th percentile on his verbal GREs and didn't take vacation for the first seven years on the job. Use more pronouns, take less breaks.
