I'll admit when I'm wrong. I was the first to post here that I was unimpressed by TB's pro day and by pro day standards it was a fail.

Stats don't mean **** if you do not watch the games. Those stats didn't compute to me and what I saw but then I realized I do not count the pressure on screens and I'm sure they do. Designed plays that the line allows the pressure to be released onto the QB usually horizontal throws.

Bortles throws a ton of horizontal screen passes and he is almost perfect when doing so. Of course his pressure numbers are going to shootup because of that. But that doesn't tell you anything about throwing downfield under pressure. Bridgewater throws a much smaller percentage of screens and completes a much higher percentage of passes down field under pressure. It's not even close.

Bortles throws more interceptions under pressure that's the only edge he has. Again numbers don't mean **** if you don't watch film.

That's not what I was arguing at all, go back and look at the origin of the "argument". The original derp statement that spawned it was saying that Bortles was essentially terrible under pressure, like Manziel and that it would get him killed. I pointed out that he actually did better under pressure than Bridgewater and then all hell broke loose.

I saw that too....I don't really see how unless he's just talking about his arm strength because I certainly wasn't "impressed". Then again I'd imagine he'd say that about any of the perceived top QB's in the draft.

Which tape is it you speak of and who was Teddy playing against...???

Too bad RotoWorld doesn't take level of competition under consideration when formulating their stats... But the NFL does.

Maybe this is what BOB supposedly likes so much about him.

I dunno, I guess it could happen. Just like I would with almost anyone else, I'd give him the benefit of the doubt, but I would not be a happy camper if Bortles was the pick...at least on draft day.

McShay is the last dude I would trust with QB predictions.

Funny thing is Matt Schaub is always like this and Houston fans killed him for it last season. "We didn't make plays down the stretch", "we had too many turnovers", etc..

If we take him, I'll support him and hope he turns out to be the right pick ala Watt.

I trust him more than Kiper. How does Kiper keep his job. It must be his hair.

I was always high on the Watt pick, but I know what you mean and I agree.

BB = Big Bust...There is zero QBs that have distinguished themselves to be the day one starter...ZERO. The Texans will steer clear from Blake..

Jaws is sounding like a clown now

Bortles was good, but nowhere near being "that" good
