Cleopatra was predominantly (if not exclusively) Macedonian Greek by heritage.

 

While this is true due to in breeding, she was probably a quarter Egyptian due to her father being a b*stard, and part of her lineage comes from the Seleucid empire which may be greek or persian, but since it was the queen it is probably persian. That and being raised in Egypt she might have a brownish/bronze tint to her skin.

 

So like... Puerto Rican?

 

Gemma Arterton in Prince of Persia, when she was tanned and sun-kissed, is how I would imagine Cleopatra to kind of look like.
