That + Ginger ale always cured it for me, I'm one of those types who don't get headaches but just feel nauseated all day so the trees help with the nausea and makes me want to eat food. Wash it down with a ginger ale which also helps with the nausea and I feel a lot better after a days rest.

    Showers usually help.
    Beer and/or bloody Marys help.
Advil helps, even if it it's bad for you.
    Breakfast tacos.

Drinking water both before getting drunk, and while getting drunk, are really helpful in hangover prevention. After helps a little, but not nearly as much.

DO NOT drink more beer or alcohol the next day, detox to redox is simply a false myth. Alcohol is by nature a diuretic which drains your body of fluids and essential minerals, ala the hangover. Drink a bottle or two of water before you go to sleep (NO ADVIL OR MEDICATION; Your kidneys will be shot by the mixture of alcohol and pain meds), get as much sleep as possible, wake up and down some bacon and more and more water, and you should be feeling like yourself in no time.

Try to drink at least three 20oz bottled waters (doesn't have to be bottled just used for measurement) and a banana before bed and you'll be good to go.

How about 60 ounces of water. Would that work?

It was always a coke & whatever the greasiest food I could handle, until discovering monsters. No matter how nauseous, I can still usually manage an ice cold monster & funyuns for some reason, so long as I'm not past the point of no return, where there's no quick bounce back. Just ride it out.

    Faking the funk right here.

I scanned through the first 3 pages and I'm surprised that I haven't seen the best answer by far.

    I think I have it.

    1. Chug water before bed
    2. Wake up and drink 2-3 glasses of water with Himalayan sea salt in it (critical to get that salt)
    3. Pills if you need em'
    4. Sauna for 10-15 minutes (especially if you still feel drunk) but keep drinking water
    4. 1/4 bottle of Blue Machine or Red Machine or juice berries yourself
    5. Emergen-C
    6. Coffee/tea/caffeine (but not too much)
    6. Water/coconut water all day until you continue the bender

It's been a awhile... But man I was miserable this morning after a work outing last night. Still feel exhausted...

Didn't drink any water before bed... Huge mistake.
