Some of y'all are looking for excuses in the wrong places... there are literally like 10-15 bad calls in every single NBA game that could swing the game, its all about how you respond to those bad calls.
Also, can't forget the point spread. An OT for a PHO-ROX game would have definitely covered the point total of around 210 I am guessing.
Because the Rockets are mentally weak(at least compared to a veteran championship squad like the Heat). They're still prone to giving up on defense and resorting to ISOs and desperation 3-point heaves on offense when things don't go their way. The talent is there. It's the experience they lack. I hate to say it, but they're gonna have to go through some growing pains this postseason before they can become legitimate contenders. I just hope those pains last through at least the 2nd round.
One thing I noticed. The refs ONLY have eyes for the red jerseys when it comes to 3 second calls. Maybe we do need to change jerseys.

Dwight by himself got 3 defensive 3 seconds and 1 delay of game Tech? he just kept getting those 3 second calls too. He kept doing the same thing over and over and getting that same call.
Everybody calm your t***. We are who we thought we are, nothing more. Now we'll go on a 5-0 run and then everybody will be like we're favorites to win the championship again. We're a good, but not elite, basketball team. That is all.

Lol, exactly. It worked in the past. When it doesn;'t work, fans are all pissed off. Like someone mentions, rockets were outsmarted and abused by the heat. Refs were not helping either.
That was such a weird Play because Harden was at mid court gaurding no one. Just gaurs the closes man to you! It's so strange the bone head stuff that the Rockets do, but you still forget they are still very young.
