He needs to start showing up in these road games. Blew chunks against the Warriors, Clippers, and the Thunder on the road.
That and Asik also nearly fumbled the pass and catching it with his knees. I really laughed hard at McHales expression as i can so totally understand his frustration.
LOL that was so funny! And the OKC commentators said Asik has good hands! The only thing worse than the quality of the commentators in the NBA is the standard of refereeing... pathetic. I thought Harden dribbling the ball out of bounds off his foot was pretty comical as well, especially because he was sliding all over the floor trying to save it as well.
Asik barely caught that pass, his motor skills are just terrible. He makes me think of Lurch from the movie Celtic Pride. http://http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_03zmPezjcc 5:11 and 7:42 mark of the video.
It was a gag play to lighten up the Thunder crowd, right? A little globetrotter skit? Kevin Durant also dribbled off his own foot after a rebound.
Just an embarrassing game all the way around for Dwight last night. Hope this lights a fire under him to not let another game like this happen for the rest of the year.
Yes he does, and mchale has to know when to pull the plug also, it's kinda of confusing because when he does get ball early he plays with more energy on D & boards, but when he doesn't get his offense going he doesn't give 100% on anything else, this is still hardens team, he can create & with Lin in their it helps get defenses on edge because we have 2 attackers & they can't key in on harden
He a saw red uniform moving along the side line and thought "look somebody is open for a corner 3!" One of our wings should have there to bail him out... Offensive awareness man!! The McHale reaction is priceless though. Lol
Everyone is looking to far into this. Dwight did what he should have done, get the ball in deep, then pass out for a 3 after drawing defenders. It just sucks that it was Omer returning from checking in that Dwight saw. Talk about Omers hands all you want, do you really expect him to catch a pass thrown at his knees while hes out of bounds walking to his seat?
Dwight had a bad game but I don't blame him for that pass at all. Asik was WAY too far away from the scorer's table and wasn't in sweats. Dwight made the correct play. He got deep position, drew the defense, saw a Rockets jersey and made a split second decision to pass to the open man. Asik however should have known better. Either stay at the scorer's table, put your sweats back on, or wait until the Rockets' offensive set is finished.
