Or they could have just kept Harden! The guy to get rid of was Perkins all along. We forget that option all the time. Westbrook Harden Durant Ibaka Doesn't Matter.
Or they could have not traded Green for Perkins and gone small Westbrook Harden Green Durant Ibaka Pay the luxury tax but that is a championship team
I think he suggests the final standings to be like this (1-4). 1. Spurs 2. OKC 3. Clippers 4. Houston This way we avoid OKC or Clippers till the WCF
or they could have traded Westbrook away for K. Love. Reggie Jackson is underrated and plays well with Durant. R. Jackson Harden Durant K. Love S. Ibaka Damn, OKC could have gone in any direction had they only hold on to Harden.
Yeah but then they won't be able to sign Harden to an extension with CP3 at a max deal. No way to fit Ibaka, Paul, KD and Harden under the luxury cap. But they should have traded WB when they had a chance earlier in the season.
Morey didn't believe harden was going to be this good. Check his quotes at the time he wasn't sold on him being a superstar yet just a all star calibre player.

San Antonio is now #1 in the league with OKC, Indiana and Miami all slumping at the same time. Houston is only 2.5 games back and they're hot right now.
