Westbrook is a great player but like i have always said, he is just not the right fit as PG for OKC with Durant there

IMO a trade of Westbrook for Conley and fillers would make both teams so much better

LAL are not going anywhere this season, but after beating Portland in Portland 6 nights ago and OKC today, you can make the case of them playing a spoiler role.

They would have also gotten a lot more in a Westbrook trade at the time because he was an All Star already and had established himself as a star. Morey was one of the few that believed in Harden as a foundational player. The certainly could have traded for Rondo or even Chris Paul. Now THAT would be scary as hell.

The Thunder closed their own championship window when they paid Westbrick and traded Harden. Their cheap owner killed what should have been a dynasty.
