Hmm, not sure if Feigen is trolling, or just had a brain fart. If they never trailed, they can't lose, right? Duh. In another news, Rox are unbeaten in games when they outscored opponents.
5 players in double digits, 3 with double doubles... Now THIS is what a championship contender's box score should look like! Starters gelled as one unit and rose to the occasion, but....0 assists, 14 points from the entire bench?! That's just shameful.
The Rockets have been playing better on defense of late. Tonight, their bad TOs fued Miami's fast break but otherwise they contained Miami pretty nicely. Left some open 3s, Miami probably missed more than their usual share (tired legs and all), but whatever.

in our fast paced offence, you have to expect the bad with the good, in most fast past offences there will be turnovers

Rockets bench needs some major tuning. As much as I'm happy we won tonight, it was a back to back for Miami, so they weren't 100%. But definitely a great win and a confidence boost for our young and ever so growing and maturing team. Shows how talented but also immature we are even at our best. Harden threw that ball to Dwight with 13 seconds left was unacceptable. But it's a growing and a learning curve and he'll use this as a tool and memory to make sure he doesn't do that again. BIG win regardless tonight. But I feel like Lin is struggling with something. Illness or some internal or maybe subconscious/conscious injury. Because he definitely isn't playing like the quick, fearsome Lin we know. Only pointing him out because it's been showing and reoccurring the past multiple games. I hope he mentally/physically gets better because we need his talent. He's a starting caliber type playerand I hope things get better for him and our rockets.
I tip my hat off and take back what I said about the Rockets and their porous D and bad coaching. He let the bigs go to work against Miami, Harden held his own Wade, and LBJ had a good night but he couldn't do much against that all that rebounding from the Rockets.
If Lin and Asik can play at the level they played last year, our bench will be fine. Lin attacking second units can be the difference in our championship aspirations. I really hope he can bounce back, h's not nearly as bad as he's been playing lately.
So what happened between end of last year and this year? Actually, what happened between the beginning of the year and now for Lin? Baffles the mind. He played like he was afraid of turnovers. Not attacking the basket to score or drop off for an assist as he attacked like last season.
