Lin had 7 pts in just 15 minutes. His defense on his first stint was great. He had a 3 to stretch the lead into doule digits in his 2nd stint. Miami rallied after that which is not unexpected. Beverley and Jones had great games.
He just needs to get his confidence back - one good game - is all it will take. Maybe rest Harden a game and let him take it to the hole all game to sort him out. DD
They say Lin makes his 3s in practice and goes to the hole fine. I see a Lin that can barely dribble up half the court and almost never by the defender. Dude's back is hurting, etc... Lin just isn't built for the NBA. Too many excuses. He should not be on the Play Off Roster.
They rallied because nobody covered Michael Beasley.. Beasley was playing like the # 1 overall pick and I can safely say he's worth more than Derrick Rose. It's Ironic that this happened 2 drafts. Durant > Oden and now Beasley is overall > Rose. Rose will never make it back with those knees ever...

There's so much hate for Lin but this night shouldn't be one of them. Most of issue was that guys like Dmo were fumbling good passes.. Lin couldn't drive past his man because his handles are completely undone due to a sore back. From back, groin, to knee injuries along with that chest contusion.. The NBA might not be the best league for Lin...
Made a nice drive late in the shot clock to get a layup in the second quarter. I think tonight was just Beverley's night b/c of his 3s. He has had a nice groove shooting the open 3. I was encouraged by Lin's performance in limited minutes especially against a team like Miami. In his second stint he put up 4 points in about 7 minutes....pretty good productivity.
Amazing how much Lin fans have dropped their expectations of him. From top 10 PG and all star caliber (under the right system) to calling this a good game for Lin LOL Lin had a bad game. All he did was hit an open 3 after missing a couple open ones before and make one good driving lay up. He had bad Turnovers, passes didn't look crisp and he seemed hesitant. His handles seem shaky

Are you kidding me? What sort of glasses can you possibly construct to give you the impression that he had a good game? He could hardly make a simple point pass. Some of the LOFs just make excuses, but at least they acknowledge the turd play... But what you're saying is that he had a good game. I call that insanity.
Bev played with so much heart and executed major hustle plays... Rafer was like that too but overall doesn't have Bev skills.
He looked like a D-leaguer again. He made one 3 and one layup and a nice block that were good for us. Apart from that he was a total liability. His mere presence on the court led to a total swing in momentum.
He had 2 TOs. One was careless, yes. The other was trying to get a shot off late in the clock. When he was on the floor he was mostly off the corner so he was making plays at the end of the clock, not as a PG. He played well defensively and made 2 nice shots from the field, took 3 shots late in the clock, and 2 FTs. In just 15 minutes that's pretty good. If he had 25 or 30 minutes and a few more touches he would've reached his season averages.
It was the guys he was with.. Asik and Dmo had nothing but missed layups point blank most of the time along with fumbling passes... Lin can't shoot to save his life at the moment and that cuts off driving lanes. Plus his handles has completely unraveled yet again. Oh boy... And it is because of back spasms.. Just not built for this league..
