Well, you're missing out on several great movies, then. Especially Lost in America. <iframe width="560" height="315" src="//www.youtube.com/embed/l0rS5Zusw4M" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
I know! No one asks anything, I am sure. People just offer their opinions and their observations. Nice of you to notice!
Don't get me started on that shiznit. I liked Gump as much as the next person, but leave it to the Academy to f### the film, director, Jackson, and Travolta. When the uncut version appears on cable I still watch and am amazed at the acting and dialogue.
I've seen all of his movies, and I can handle the ones where he plays limited roles... but anyone he has a prominent roll in turns me off. Something about him just rubs me the wrong way. And no, it isn't because he's Jewish, even though he overplays the anti-semitism humor too much.
It's good that you keep watching. We all have our different tastes. The movie of his I was most disappointed in was "Looking for Comedy in the Muslim World". I was expecting it to be much better than it was.
I isn't the movies I don't like, I just really hate him. Sometimes you come across people in life that you just want to punch in the face and you don't know why. He's one of mine. LOL.
Except unless he has the right director he can't act. His acting sucks in some films and is always really good Marty's films. There have been a few other films where he does a good job, but it's a risk. Fincher may be a director that can get a good performance out of him, and I think Leonardo has improved, but he's still capable of sucking.
Wanting to punch someone in the face every time they open there mouth is pretty damn valid criteria for not liking them. I'm a horrible person, I don't like everyone.
No, you're not a horrible person for not liking everyone. But you have to admit that if you heard someone else saying that, you'd think it was downright stupid. "You know, every time I look at Chandler Parsons, I just want to punch him..I just.... hate him... I have no idea why...just because." Welcome to the 5th grade.
I've heard many a people say they just don't like someone, and they're not sure why. It has nothing to do with 5th grade, and everything to do with life. Some people just rub others the wrong way.
I'm starting to get that feeling. You know, I have to admit, I've said that about players on opposing teams. Number 1: Jeff Hornacek. Don't know why, but that guy just pissed me off for no apparent reason. Same with Zack Galfanikas - or whatever his last name is- but I actually have a reason for him- I don't think he pulls off the dry humor very well. Never found him that funny.
