    Well done coach!! I think this is truly going to the right man. He gets things out of a roster that should be nowhere near where they are today. I believe that the team will make the NBA finals and McHale can take a lot of credit from it. Players like to play for him. I'm pretty confident that he can also restore JLin before the playoffs.

    this is pretty awesome. he has major potential as a coach. as i said in another thread, he's got the motivation part down, he's got the player development part down, but he's still missing a lot of the X's and O's to get to PJ/pop/riley/adelman/sloan type level.

    Calling a timeout to do X's and O's or any sort of play calling actually significantly decreases offensive production. But I did move -Rotations/Substitutions into the right bucket for you.
