    So, yeah.
    Despite all the heat coach K. gets whenever he gets outsmarted on the court, it's undeniable he's on something good here. All his players love him, his locker room control is out of question, and despite not having an amazing record as Rockets coach overall, mostly because he was brought to coach this team on a rebuilding phase, he's probably here for good, now.

    A honor is a honor. Congrats Mchale. Get coach of the month in April and I'll be impressed because the past few years we have faltered in that month. Then playoffs is definitely where you can blow it out the water baby!!!

    Uh, he did draw up a couple of game winning plays against the Wizards and Suns. If we're gonna crucify the dude for botching the last play against the Grizzlies in that 88-87 loss at home, at least give him credit for the ones he gets right.

    And that's no secret, I'm pretty sure he is one of the top candidates to win coach of the year award as well.

    You can't deny fact that he helped Parsons, Beverly, Harden, TJones, DMO better players, not to mention improved Howard who got back to his peak form just fine after spent year in LA and injury. I really do hope McHale and Morey will continue to co-operate and lead this team to another championship.

    Why do people criticize Mchale for the speeches? ESPN censors out the actual game plan/plays the coach goes over. That leaves the old cliche coach talk.

    But he broke Jeremy. He clearly doesn't know how to coach real point guards because he was a PF. Mchale turns all good point guards into terrible players. We need one of those former PG coaches like Maurice Cheeks, Mark Jackson, or Isiah Thomas. They know what they're doing.
