How to shut up bird

    My neighbor just bought a new bird. Dunno what it is, not interested, but it's squealing most of the time, especially nighttime, and I can't stand it anymore. Already talked to him about it and, no go, he's reserving his right to keep it.

    What do?

    talk to landlord, police, HOA. Depending on where you live, there is an authority whose job it is to handle noisy neighbors. Its ****ed up that someone is just okay with screwing with someone else's sleep.

    get over it, your neighbor has the right to own a bird and the bird has the right to be loud... i hate people that think the world is supposed to bow down to their wants.

    Pet birds just suck all the way around.

    Is there any way you could pay some homeless person to break into the guy's house and free the bird?
