same here. i had never even heard of the comics before the show started. my friend had all 18 volumes, which i read in about a week or so. i kind of like the show more now actually. its like an alternate universe of the comic. most of the same characters and most of the same situations, but done just differently enough to keep it interesting.
Yeah, same boat. I stopped after the first episode back. Not really wor watching every week at this point. I'll catch up in the summer or when it comes on netflix
Wow that was boring..... Whole episode of boring. Next week's 20 second sneak peek was more entertaining than this entire episode.
I was telling a friend the other day that they'll have to drag it out a little bit because at the pace they were going, they would be caught up to where the comic book is at. Either way, I feel like this season has been the best so far.
it's not really filler since the entire show is people circling the drain, wandering around Georgia aimlessly
i'm not one to criticize a zombie show, but wow that was scary bad. blondie going to blond. =/ These where are they now episodes with the characters all could go into one action packed episode. but noooo, let's drain as much as possible. ^he mad.
After the drinking game went bad, Daryl really cut deep with his words. Just tearing Beth a new one. Totally called it on every single count. Daryl got nasty on her.
bad episode capped off by the worst song in the history of bad songs while emo apocalyptic teens burned down a house in effigy. puke
Guess I'm in the minority, but I liked the episode. Did nothing to advance the story, but great character development. Daryl hittin that sooner or later.
IMO, the episode establishes a relationship between the two characters. I expect the blonde near the end of the episode and daryl fighting to keep her alive… but what do i know.. I've been wrong about predicting the whole series and that what makes this series so great!
I have no idea why I keep watching this show. The past 2 episodes have been just awful. And even before then, I keep wanting to be pumped to watch the next episode like I used to be, and it's just not happening.
