    6. Rockets: 39-19 (40 assuming we win)
    7. Clippers: 40-20

    6th best is not contenders no matter how you slice it. Only 1-2 teams in each conference are considered contenders. When was the last time a team that was 4th/5th best in their conference won a championship? Exactly.

    Glad we didn't go for Josh Smith after we got Dwight. He really is a chucker at Melo's level without the accuracy.

    Terrible post. Everyone wanted him for ~$10-12 million per season. Not the max. Also, he is in Detroit. Who knows how he would play next to Harden, Dwight, and Parsons.

    I don't think anyone really wanted him for the max. Dumars is dumb as **** for that one.

    I remember there was a video on BBALLBREAKDOWN on why Brandon Jennings was the last PG left in free agency. Scathing remarks backed up with statistical evidence why he is just a bad pickup.

    The Blazers are not a better team than the Rockets, and I'm not sure the Spurs are either, no matter what the records say.

    More like facts.

    Must be pretty tough to take being the odd man out. Being the guy no one wants or likes.

    But...

    He's getting paid through the nose. And part of being a top level professional is being able to perform well even in adverse psychological conditions.
