Asik & Hamilton look to be two of the best February acquisitions made so far in the league. Now if the Rockets could just acquire the good Jeremy Lin & Terrence Jones again they would be set.
I definitely would look into world peace. He was the biggest locker room addition this team made in the past decade. He changed the culture of that weak willed rockets team when he was here, rubbed off on a lot of players like scola, Landry, brooks, Lowry, etc. this team needs some toughness and vet leadership. Metta likely wouldn't even be active, and if he was, he would just be a ronnie brewer type in terms of minutes. Maybe he can come in for one game in the playoffs and make some defensive plays, but more than anything, bring him in for the locker room. These team doesn't need any more talent. I think the current rotation is good enough. They just need mental help
LOL. Would anyone disagree with me if I just said that the prediction threads this season have had an abysmal performance rating?
If we do sign Camby, we would have the starting center from two seasons ago as a 3rd stringer. While also having our starting center from last season as a backup to our starting center for this season in D12. That's depth
We might also have last years starting PG as the 3rd string PG here pretty soon.... However that depth that's a little misleading. Kidding.... but seriously.... Lets get that mojo back Jeremy.
How about a twin tower experiment with D12 and Camby. Camby can hit the mid range J. Is he in shape though.
That mustache on Camby has to go... Just creepy... Morey won't allow that lip tickler within a 100 yards of the Toyota Center.
6 hard fouls from fesenko would be more useful... <iframe width="560" height="315" src="//www.youtube.com/embed/tLaQP7lpNi4?rel=0" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe> <iframe width="560" height="315" src="//www.youtube.com/embed/7tarzvkclaY?rel=0" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
WTF camby again? WHat the hell does Camby do nowadays except get injured? Maybe I'm the only one thinking this way, but really how much "veteran leadership" can one dude provide if he's just a journeyman signing a 1 year (in this case half season) contract? DH's already a 9 year vet, and Harden's been playing for more than 5 years, what kind of guidance can Camby provide that Mchale can't? I guess a 3rd string C might be useful...but honestly at this point Camby's more liable to injure himself than anything else. Didn't the dude sign a huge deal with NYC and ended up getting injured?
