because there is a thing called matchups

if you ever in your life start watching basketball especially the playoffs you might understand what that means.

    You absolutely avoided his question:rolleyes:

Plus, match ups to a team like the Clippers really don't matter when your team has elite talent. The only match up their worried about is OKC or Miami, and they won't see them till the WCF or Finals. What you said makes absolutely no sense

An extremely generous assumption that won't happen. Pacers would have kept him because they need a bench scorer more than the Clippers.

The Clippers have had a major upgrade on their bench - got rid of Mullens and Jameson and picked up Big Baby and Granger. Huge upgrades in fact. With Blake Griffin, Chris Paul and Darren Collison as passers, Granger's shooting percentage will go up. He is also playing for a contract and just didn't have a role in Indiana. I think the Clips are now the favorites to win the West.

Again maybe you should start watching basketball as well. Please dont be r****ded and act as if the grizzlies wont make the playoffs..that is the LAST team the clippers want to face. Also funny you didnt list the blazers who are also a bad matchup for the clips. So yes what i said makes sense just really hard for you to understand.

I think the CP3/Griffin core will be much easier to build around than a Harden/Howard team too. Look at the rest of their team, it's stacked. Their biggest weakness was the SF position, but now they got Granger. Blake Griffin also gets abused by stronger PFs, but they signed Glen Davis.

This. The guy has been terrible in the limited action he has had over the last two years. He doesn't even seem like an upgrade over Dudley at this point.

Have you ever been to Los Angeles?

More importantly, have you ever driven through the parts of Los Angeles that you can afford to live in while making 14 million a year?

Eh, if this was Danny Granger 2011 then I'd be really worried. Right now I'd rather have Jordan Hamilton 2014 than Danny Granger 2014.

And the Spurs swept us in the regular season in 1995 before we beat them in the WCF.

Granger can find his game again with the quality passers the Clippers have. Griffin, Paul and Collison are better than Hill and Stephenson. Granger has been playing hard, just hasn't found the net as much. He'll get more shots in rhythm with the Clips and will produce at a higher rate of efficiency. Nobody moves the ball right now like the Clips, Spurs and Heat. Portland is also pretty good at that too but they lack the depth to beat those teams.

    In todays new:

-The Memphis Grizzlies are not the same team since they fired Lionel Hollins

-The Clippers have upgraded significantly since last year, and have better coaching

-The Blazers play ZERO defense and are coming back to earth since the ASB

-Blake Griffin has is NOT the same player from last year, and is now arguably the best PF in the NBA.

You might be the only idiot on earth who thinks the Clippers are legitimately worried about the Grizzlies. You talk as if you haven't watched a single NBA basketball game this season. Yet your questioning others, um ok

The Clips are the best team right now in the West..

Blake has taken a major step(outside and inside game has significantly improved), DJordan is a solid big, Paul is the best PG in the west, JJ is a decent 2 guard and dead eye shooter, Barnes is an above average defender.

They have great bench depth: Crawford is a circus shot maker and just a terrific shooter, Dudley has an ugly game but makes it work, Glen Davis is a solid backup for BG, Granger give is spotty relief for Barnes, and Collison is a good back up PG.

They have terrific depth and size. They are the true threat for the Rockets this year and the foreseeable future. That being said, the Rockets can match up with anyone and in the playoffs, anything can happen. The Rockets have everything they have but they have youth...our future looks brighter.

For everyone thinking that I am overlooking the Thunder....that is not the case. The Thunder will be fine, but I expect them to lose in the 2nd round this year...their depth is a bit overrated.

Ehh, the only Clippers W against the Grizzlies came when Marc Gasol was injured. They are 1-2 against them. Memphis is a bad matchup for L.A., regardless of the coach.

    1. You must be blind but Gasol has been injured as has Conley AND tony allen. Also the Grizzlies play the same way regardless of coach wanna know why smart guy? He was right under Hollins

2.They've upgraded every year and the outcome has been what again?

3.Blazers do play zero defense but that doesnt mean they dont provide a threat to the clippers.

The only r****d who cant see the Grizzlies as a legit threat to the clippers is you mainly cause youre just to dumb to see things other than what is written on paper. Dumbass

hasn't their best player been out with a strained groin as well? Not having Aldridge may be an issue as well.

I still don't think Clippers will make any noise in the playoffs.
