More reliable & an upgrade from Greg Smith. What a drastic turnaround year for Smith... you have to feel bad for the guy seriously. Went from being a starter at the end of last year to not playing the entire year with a bad knee injury that happened in practice, and potentially being cut for a 50 year old Camby.
Marcus Camby?? YES! He will be our stretch 4 next to Asik! Remember when he hit a 3 pointer last season?
How about the veteran leadership/bench presence he will bring to this young squad especially come playoffs? That alone could be worth more than a role player who will give us limited minutes on the court.

My guess is Philly picks him up pretty quick pending physical. I think that's probably a better situation for him anyways.

Earl Clark or Jimmer? Jimmer would be an upgrade over Lin on offense. I don't think Jimmer is a better player, but Lin isn't good for this team.
