^ If anything, Hamilton would play the 2 guard

(If we get Granger) We could play both him and Hamilton together, its not a problem, specially since Hamilton can play both the SG and SF position.

Not to mention it would reduce minutes for Harden and Parsons, so we can keep them fresh for the playoffs.

BTW, that is a crazy tall bench!

Outside of Jeremy Lin, everyone is 6'7" or above!

    6-3/ 6-7/ 6-9/ 7-0/ 7-0

Early this morning on 790 Lance Zierlein mentioned that Granger flat out said "Not Houston". Take that as you may, but from the brief discussion he seemed to think there was no chance he comes here.

I'd switch Granger and Hamilton but that's a bench better than many other teams' starters

This is pretty obvious. Granger would see no playing time here.

Wait a minute. 790 was talking Rockets?

On a slightly more serious note, I hope he chooses the Bulls. I'd rather the Spurs and Clippers not get any additional bench help.

Lance probably talked to someone from a football program called Granger.

In all seriousness Lance doesn't know **** when it comes to the NBA nor does he have sources outside of Matt Jackson

    *drops mic.

Thanks for passing that along. I'd be surprised if we get him. He should only be playing about 10-15 mpg right now but I doubt he will go to a team where he has to accept that role. Plus he just isn't 100% and his numbers haven't improved over the season.

Well, I haven't read all of the thread, but I can assure you of this: we had him until I logged in, read the news, and got excited about it. That is the (GM) kiss of death. Clutch can ban me if it helps the Rockets; that's how real I am.

Ummm no. Signing Michael Jordan would also make James Harden more expendable based on his past, but this isn't the past. I'm not saying there is no chance that Granger can get back to his former self, but it just doesn't seem likely and Parsons is not someone I'd be willing to risk giving up on a whim that a 30 year old Granger could get back to his prime.

    Here we go again.

    Guys, we're not trading Parsons.

    Please stop.

I wouldn't cite Lance as a go to guy for my basketball rumors either. That's why I advised to take from that what you will :)

Has there been a cryptic message about it? Does the peanut butter airplane fly at dawn?

I don't believe anything without a cryptic message that I can interpret however I choose.

Worth noting that Granger and Hamilton are both 6'8.5 (6'9). Not sure who your 6'7 guy is :p
