Mentally the team as a whole is not serious enough hence Rondo was a bad fit... this exact issue will show itself for the rest of this year unless someone grows some balls out there and leads this team the right way and by example.
Not sure why anyone is complaining about not keeping dragic. As morey has said multiple times the fourth year dragic wanted was not negotiable. Sucks now since dragic is a beast and far superior three point shooter than beg or lin. But keeping dragic was never in play.

I can't stand their insecurity. Every little thing they do pisses me off. They truly don't know the level of their own over sensitive insecurity.
No Dragic would be treated differently than lin. McHale would actually make Dragic the PG of the team and let harden be the 2. that is the difference. McHale clearly doesn't like Lin. and his behaviour towards lin shows it.
