His best year he was ranked 13th in the MVP race per basketball reference, he also had a career high of only 16ppg and only 1 season of over 10 rpg. He also didn't ever get inside the top 5 in win shares in a given season
Talkin bout his Euro times, breh. He wasn't healthy when joining the NBA. His prime was insane, most complete big ever, huge range, athleticsm, everything. Dominated everything in Olympics and WC, even Team USA.
It's not all about stats in this setting. His unselfishness and playmaking ability works well if he were sharing the court with other all timers.
I don't like your big men so it's tough. I would add isiah or havlicek to sabonis if u would trade me west or oscar
speaking of Mount Rushmore My perimeter Mount Rushmore is Jordan, Magic, Bird, Oscar...with LeBron on pace to knock off somebody. my big men Mount Rushmore is Wilt, Russell, Hakeem, and Kareem. With Shaq missing out but in the fifth spot. any arguments?
I like your team, I wouldn't mess with it unless you upgraded one of your guards, your front court is a beast
I judge sabonis based his prime is euro, since that's where his prime was. I know that might kind of wrong, but I'm kind of biased on him. One of my favorite players of all timee and the Dude was a beast that could do it all. Damn the Soviet for not letting him come over!!! @horry for some reason I really would rather have shaq somewhere in there. I agree with your perimeter since big of is in it.
nasty backcourt, but both are ball dominant, even Grant Hill was ball dominant in his prime. Good spacing with Peja, Pau could stretch the floor sorta as well.
I went with a theory and love how no one is a ball dominant pg and HAS to have the ball, but everybody can run the court and offense. Very flexible in my mind and thoughts.
