haha Griffin hits a 3. OKC have been sorta shaky lately. Close win over the Lakers, got lit up against the Heat and now the Clippers.
Really liking OKC's strategy of horrible offense horrible defense no coaching. Seems like a bold strategy, but let's see if it pays off
I'm torn on the OKC-Clippers matchup. While I want the Clips to lose as often as possible so we finish ahead of them, it's not outside the realm of possibility that the Rockets can make a play for first place in the West. If OKC loses this one, they'd have 14 losses to our 18 and we still play them 2 more times.
Heat game was because Durant just wasn't aggressive early on due to Westbrook returning. This game it's been basically pathetic defense.
The odds of that are quite slim. 2nd seed is very possible, though I think 3,4, or 5 is all but locked in for us. I don't see 2 happening, much less 1.
Greg Oden starting tonight, crazzy. Good to see him back for big minutes, hope he can extend his career.
1st is a long shot, but not impossible. 2nd is definitely doable though. We only have to make up one game on San Antonio between now and when we play them in Toyota Center at the end of the regular season. And if the Rockets win that home game, they catch the Spurs and effectively pass them due to the tiebreaker. With their injury situation, that shouldn't be a problem.
