Your guy is Clowney bro. You're gonna just ignore the gazillion red flags on and off the field?

you already posted this, and I already shot it down

come with new content or step out of the way

QB needs character. D-line less so

    Disappointed Teddy's not running.

Who knows why he pulled out at the last minute, but to say that's a character issue problem is completely reaching.

he needs to explain why he isn't running

in the absence of an explanation, one could easily come to the conclusion that he's worried he'll time slow because of his weight gain

Fat Albert says hi. You're right. The first pick of the draft doesn't need character, work ethic, etc. Brilliant.

LUCK was told by the colts not to throw. Maybe the texans gave him some advice not to run.
    Maybe reaching but possible

bigtexx in this thread reminded me of how DD used to be in multiple GARM threads. A one-man contrarian indeed. :)

Could be very likely, but that doesn't equate to character issues that make him a bad leader.

In the absence of an explanation, one could easily assume many things. I'm taking the wait and see approach, not the assume to fit my narrative.

He's not running because he can't run faster than 4.56.

that's why I raised the question about his character. We do indeed need to know why he isn't running to be sure, but certainly the question can be raised. So yes, we need more information to be sure.

    Wth are you talking about?..

Durr he's being evaluated with every other prospect in this draft class, you get a cookie for stating the blatant obvious.

You're trying to sound so smart until you sound dumb.

    No trolls allowed.

Teddy Bridgewater has all the check boxes checked off, whereas every other player has some sort of flag or concern.

There is legitimately no weaknesses in this kids game. Plus he ran and commanded a Pro-Style offense.

No brainer Ted should be the #1 pick, but idiots will make delusional idiotic cases against it.

I love Teddy, I want him to be the Texans QB. That being said not running at the combine is a bad look for him, would have loved to check that box.

I'm hoping that his tape and interviews with the team will be enough to seal the deal, but honestly I'm hoping for anyone but Bortles.

That's exactly how I feel at this point. Failing to run is a red flag barring injury.

I want an explanation of why Johnny is not over 6 foot. Giant red flag. Gnome-like body structure. Keebler elves haven't had success in the NFL. Red flag Red flag.

It makes you question the weight a little bit.

I overreacted though. When is the pro-day?

It was April 1st last year. I've been searching for the date but can't find anything besides that it will be in March.

This won't hurt Teddy B's stock at all if he performs well there.
