He's a bruiser and he's almost out of the Knicks... Given some few minutes, I think he's perfect for the Rockets. http://espn.go.com/new-york/nba/story/_/id/10501351/new-york-knicks-buy-metta-world-peace-beno-urdih
He's a former Rockets and clearly he still love the Rockets. Tell us why? Because he played with the Lakers?
Multiple reasons. 1. Leaving a dent in Harden's head 2. Better players available 3. Barely got minutes with an injury riddled NYK squad 4. Reputation exceeds actual defensive ability 5. Offensive contribution limited to ill-advised jumpers and uneasy layups
How about merging this thread with the one called "Ron"? Also, NO. He brings less than Covington, Canaan, and Daniels at this point...
A 28-30 yr old is a veteran. The first time he headed down Texas. We probably should look at the more athletic veterans.
the blow to the head has nothing to do with anything. players move on from stuff like that. it has nothing to do with anything that happened a decade ago in Detroit. it's just that he's no longer good, and he's old. this is the same mentality that Lakers fans thought would bring them a title last year. "but we have Nash, Kobe, Gasol, Dwight and MWP!!"
He really don't have his touch anymore, It was a elite defender back in the early 2000's. He just a washed up Ron Artest now.
