It puzzles me too. I think he would have been the better choice to guard Lee. Though Harden did do a pretty good job on Lee.

 

I thought Asspi has been regulated to garbage time minutes.

This guy keeps regressing every game. And if you can't hit a wide open three I've got no use for ya

 

Greg smith should be taking demos minutes

 

Maybe because D-Mo fouls everybody.

 

Casspi was defending well. Better than Dmo and Jones.

 

He tried not to but because Howard was playing like crap he let the Warriors dictate the rotations. Really I thought it was kind of working but everybody played crappy down the stretch. We should have won in regulation. After that it was hard to get away from it because it helped get us back in the game.

 

This....and a consistent ANYthing. Maybe I'm overreacting but there's been so many games he's just gone poof. Growing pains I guess.

 

T jones has sucked ever since he had that injury...dmo is playing way better

 

my only guess is that he was hoping jewish ref eli roe would help a brotha out with the calls

 

The warriros made some fairly arsey shots down the stretch.

Even Curry's layup was 'uhhhhh and in' to send the game to OT - one lick of paint less and the Rockets came back and stole one.

Frankly, it was 'just one of those games' - we did well to even have a chance at a win.

 

I was thinking this earlier, would have loved to see DMO play some D

 

I thought d-mo was having a great game tonight . He was very active defensively, and on offense he always plays well within the flow. I have no idea why casspi was given his minutes at the 4 and I think it's why we lost. Casspi doesn't do anything better than d-mo right now, except shoot threes. Casspi was not making threes tonight. If his stroke is off, casspi is useless. Sooner or later, McHale needs to throw his young PF's into the fire and let them sink or swim. Lee was really hot in the first half , but I thought D-mo did a good job on him . Dmo was even doing a better job showing hard on the ball handler in PNR defense, something which a smaller player should be able to do better. Casspi should not have played, at least Garcia made his shots last night ... Why didn't he get any action?

 

I'm a big DMo fan but I sometimes think he tries to do too much out there. No one else plays crazy hard d like him. But it sometimes gets him tired. I'm not sure I'm describing this right. I just feel he needs to pick his spots more. It's not that I don't appreciate his hard work out there. At this stage he just needs to play a little smarter and not so much harder.

Still big fan and I think he will continue to improve. In reality his actual game minutes are in their infancy. He has a lot to learn and he seems eager to do so.

 

PF I still our biggest hole, everyone was hype on the 3&D guy off then bench, I could see this a mile away, dmo is giving us good mins now, but we saw this with jones before also

 

D-Mo should have been out there from the get go.

T jones is close to losing his starting spot...he has sucked on both ends for a while now
