The only important issue is Harden's health.

The rest is really not that important. The Rockets lost a close game in overtime on the road, not the end of the world. Rockets were able to keep up with the Warriors despite missing a ton of open shots.

I do think the Rockets need to do a better job utilizing Harden. Howard didn't have his rhythm going in the post, so the Rockets should have stopped going to him and instead designed the game plan around Harden. Run some PnR and ease Howard back into post play.

Iggy was guarding Harden or Parsons

Asspi has been really sucking it up lately. I don't know why Tjones wasn't subbed in.

Lets hope J. Ham pans out and replaces Asspi in the rotation

The Curry layup was the key play. We needed to force him to catch the ball closer to half court and wrap him up after a few seconds. Makes it much harder to defend. For example you could throw Dmo the guard the inbounds pass with 3 or 4 seconds on the clock.

I thought Lin played outstanding D tonight.

The hurt on Harden was unfortunate. But I think it was because his eyes were on his opponents when he tried to fight through that screen.

His shots are off. Not a lot of good opportunities.

For those guys accusing him just dribble and pass the ball to Harden, you have to be really dumb to NOT to find out that Rox were running exclusively ISO plays through Harden.

Probably not. Game would have been entirely different, impossible to tell how Rondo instead of Parsons would have impacted this game.

As a Lin fan, you can't complain about Lin not getting heightened responsibilities and PT in crunch time, and then pass the burden of responsibility upon Harden and Dwight when he actually gets opportunities. Just accept that Lin laid a stinker tonight and move on.

Not to make excuses, the Roxs had their chances, but the officiating tonight was suspect.

Lee was on Parsons and Parsons wasn't beating him of the dribble

Did you even watch the game? Iggy was on him until bev fouled out. lol some people on this forum.

Yep we lost the game because the backup pg only gave us 9-5-4 and Casspi made one bad inbound pass.

Howard's poor offensive showing and chandler's 8-24 shooting had nothing to do with it ;)

    Only on clutchfans.

Hope Harden is alright looks like he hyperextended his right elbow. He was a boss.

I am hoping McHale will give both Convington and Hamilton a chance at those wing spots. Casspi and Garcia are hurting us by not producing on the offensive end. I really wish we could bring back the Garcia of the playoffs and preseason.

He made a tough shot over Dwight. It wasn't horrible D on that play. Just better offensive by a pretty damn good offensive player.

Lin was really disappointing down the stretch with his passive play. It wasn't even about being afraid to be benched, it was just being afraid of missing or making a bad play and losing the game for us. Granted they had Iggy guarding him, but Lin still had a couple of looks which he could have shot.

Neither of our PGs has that killer instinct on offense down the stretch. Lin is supposed to have it, but he was playing scared tonight. Only way I see Lin unafraid of taking shots or making plays is if he's the main guy, which wont happen. I thought Lin had a decent game tonight, but his passiveness hurt us more than helped tonight

yup and they found his weakness... pack the paint. Yeah his handles are pretty bad. He dribbles too high and his crossover is bleh. Bev is a way better ball handler

Except, we would've gotten Jeff Green back in the trade and Lin wouldn't have injured Harden's right arm if the trade had gone through.
