I'll give you this, Andrew Wiggins...

Rockets are being outplayed, but my word...the refs have been thoroughly horrible for the Rockets all night so far. Even you know that.

Having said that...it won't matter if they don't hit shots/Howard stays invisible.

I agree the officiating has been horrible in both halves (as Howard picks up his 4th cheap foul), but Lin and Bev have stepped up tonight. I didn't mean to single you out, but it was either that or quote my first post which was boisterous as ****.

I still think we can pull this one out, and I would love to eat crow.

Harden playing quite well though. Just abused Iggy that last play.

    Saw that. Sweet move.

Iggy's fade away over Asik was slick too.

Rockets may lose...but this definitely was no "ass kicking". Rockets played awful besides Harden, in Golden State, and the refs were egregious. My opinion has not changed.

Yeah, they still pulled the W without Bogut though.

I hate being right, would have much rather ate crow. I didn't think the Rockets would be on an 8 game winning streak. :(

Hell we basically played without Dwight. He was awful tonight. Rockets would beat the Warriors in 7 games though. They win without Steph's crazy layup, even with all things going against them. Maybe I'm a homer...but Golden State should have killed us tonight with the way the refs were and the way we shot the ball. Rockets > Warriors.

I agree with this. They had all the help from the refs and their fans, and they still had to go to OT to win it. I think they lose if Bogut was playing tonight, who knows....actually O'Neal did miss a lot of bunnies.

The only thing is Lin vanished once the intensity turned up. This is the level they play at during the playoffs and if he can't step up and play consistently then he needs to ride the bench while we develop Canaan.

    Canaan
    Garcia
    Hamilton
    D-Mo
    Asik

    Is not a bad bench.

Dwight abused Bogut in the last game so him being out probably helped the Warriors. O'Neal was highly effective against Dwight. Dwight seems to struggle against shorter guys with lower centers of gravity.

I'm starting to think so too.

Dwight did grab 21 rebounds and block 4 shots.

What sucks if/when the Rockets do play the Warriors in the playoffs they'll know to throw O'Neal onto Dwight to slow him down.

    6) Suns 32-21
    7) Warriors 33-22

We might see the Warriors in the first round. Right now they are matched up to have a rematch with the Spurs, but that could change by April. I think they will end up 6th and I am not worried about them if we have home court advantage.

Chances are he gets injured by then lol. If not then they will still start Bogut and give him the majority of the minutes. Actually Bogut might be the injured one, who knows.

Guess O'Neal was the difference maker on Dwight defensively. Harden took over the second half.

Iggy isn't going to get that lucky again (but he does have a knack for making crazy fade away jumpers).

Jesus, probably the most exhausting 48 hours of being a Rockets fan in my life between the trade deadline rumors and this.

Nah, Dwight's deadline was definitely more exhausting for me.

Seriously my job productivity dropped like 70% that week of Dwight's deadline. I made a concerted effort to not get caught up in the trade deadline thread refreshing every few minutes for updates. I don't even mind this loss that much considering our big win streak (easily could've lost that Wiz game) and plus the way they were officiating the game..it was a tall task. This and the Grizzlies losses don't hurt as much because I know we weren't getting a fair shake.
