Hopefully we're giving the Sixers Asik for Young, with the 'nudge nudge, wink wink' deal that they buy out Granger.

I think everyone can understand why the Pacers did the trade. The question is why did the 76ers do it?

If the Rockets were really as enamored with Granger as reports have suggested over the years, maybe Hinkie really likes the guy and wanted to get him?

Good trade for both teams. Turner would be valuable coming off bench, and Sixers keeps tanking. There's a slim chance Granger comes back to his pre-injury form...at least Turner was never above average in advanced stats even when he's healthy.

So in the end Hinkie basically traded him for a roster spot, possibly two if they can reach a buyout with Granger.

Buyout potential could link us with Granger. Would be a nice fit as the 3rd wing...

I would love Granger on this team. What would it take to get him, just an offer? Do crappier teams have priority over us?

Zach Lowe has sources? Never seen him break news before.

    Granger is 31 years old

    He wants more playing time

    He is shooting 35%

Turner is a better player than Granger

we can offer more than min. there is speculation miami would like him and they do have an extra spot from roger mason deal. but that may be for caron butler instead.
