Yeah....going from 7 years of 24% to the next season going 38% would be "overnight" in the grand scheme of things.
Does no one remember him fearlessly checking Lebron and willing his mostly overmatched team to wins over Miami in the playoffs a few years ago? Let's get real here - the guy fears no one and does whatever it takes to win. You love to have that type of guy on your squad in the middle of a fight. The Dwight/Harden party that doesn't end attitude is going to get old quick - especially in this town.
Sure whatever you say. Your grand scheme is to **** on any player that threatens to take the place of your favorite(s) even though they're clearly way better than the current pieces we have or might be obtaining in turn.
Exactly what I suspected and said. If Lowry came even rondo now, he would put our superstars to shame. They have heart and won't tolerate this playing around half assed effort. I never liked Rondo but I can tell you he wants to win. I'm surprised he hasn't asked for a trade publicly.
Obviously everything we would be dealing away (Parsons in particular) and your bff clowney. Its like your allergic to actually liking talented players. Sucks for you.

Well this "playing around half assed effort" has so far yielded a better record than we had with "hard worker" Lowry. Proof is in the pudding. Just cause a guy is not screaming and grimacing, doesn't necessarily mean he is not playing hard.
Harden was my favorite player last year. This year is Dwight and I'm not going to sugar coat it. He doesn't contest a lot of baskets at times. Stan Van Gundy vouches for me.
Adding a 3rd star and losing a role player = even Man I'm really figuring out ClutchFans tonight. I'm on a roll!
Rondo isn't a star. That's the point that you seem to be missing. Both Rondo and Parsons are good role players. Parsons is the better fit for this particular team.
Not a big Rondo fan, especially at 50% of his old self for the rest of the season, I hope the trade does not go down. I guess if it was only Bev and Asik going out it might be okay.
