Parsons alone is absolutely no where close to Rondo. Stop that homerism!!!!! This trade will basically set in stone what the Rockets will do in free agency in 2015. Morey isn't going to give up Chandler for free.
Hey guys as you may or may not know my uncle is an part of the staff for the rockets, and he is telling me not to expect a trade of significance for the rockets.
He probably just felt super sh!tty after seeing Stein report the same stuff cyberx was promoting the entire day. Haters gonna hate, ya know.
I imagine it's just a temp ban. He didn't do anything terrible, aside from slandering Clutch a bit, was just annoying.

I hope we keep Rondo even for that package so I would be happy for this deal to fall through. That should tell you what you need to know about how we feel about Rondo. As for needing Asik to get Deng, if you get Green, Deng becomes less necessary. While Green has been miscast as a number one option in Boston he is completely capable of being a number 4 scoring option for Houston. Your fast pace style would also fit his athleticism. Not to mention he guards both Lebron and KD very well. That being said, how he passes up open shots sometimes is really bothersome (but less so when you don't need him to score a lot)

He told me that trade talks will not go anywhere bc of the high price celtics are acquiring for rondo. He still believes a trade will be done, but to players of much smaller caliber like cj miles, gary neal
Parsons is very cheap right now, young, no injured history, and he is no.7 in small forward posted by another poster. Rondo has several unknown issues, also requires big money soon.
I really want this Rondo move to happen but I would also be ok with something small to fix our perimeter depth.
