I brought it up earlier and said that Morey only includes Parsons if we get a Jeff Green in return or perhaps a 3 team deal with Philly where we get Turner to fill in for CP. No way Morey trades CP without getting a good SF in return. As things stand, the drop off between CP and Garcia/Casspi is too big.
unless Stein is just reporting what he has seen/heard from here -- of course we wouldnt know and he wouldnt have to reveal anything but if it becomes legit then he looks great. either way its going to be another fun 23.5 hours now
Very high means they want Parsons, Asik, Beverley, D-Mo, and all of our (late 1st and second round) picks.
Acquire Rajon Rondo Acquire Dunleavy, Jr. Acquire skimpier cheerleader outfits for the Texans Profit.
That was 2008 and 2010, right now he can shoot with a better percentage. To me, there is no big concern only if we give up Parsons, that is the biggest concern. Rondo is good, but there is no way to give up Parsons for him.
Another point, just playing devils advocate here. In the east, a team of Parsons, Bradley, Asik and maybe Lin sounds like a 6-8 seed in the east. They will never compete for a title but will continue on a treadmill of mediocrity, as the Rockets were doing a few years back. But hey they'll get 2 of our first round picks which should be in the 20-30 range! If I was a Celtics fan I would want a big expiring and a lotto pick. Maybe Ainge can nab a big fish like Daryl did with Harden and all the chips fall into place but as we know, that can take years.
I remember that and it was one of the biggest issues I had with the Celtics in that series. I didn't think there was any way they could win with Rondo basically being ignored on offense...
Garcia coming off some knee injury and Casspi? id rather play harden at the 3 and one of the other pg at the 2.

Lolll. Every year the trade deadline is a train wreck for the BBS... and every year I'm here hitting F5 like an addict 'needing' more.
