    I have always been a fan of horror / slasher movies. But as I get older I feel worse and more depressed after the movies . I need to stick to comedy / action / thriller etc.

    Seems like every horror film I watch now, has some poor girl getting raped and beaten for a third of the movie.

    Psychological "horror movies" are one thing, Silence of the Lambs, Se7en, The Shining, that sort of stuff. Awesome.

    Cut-em-up torture crap like the Saw/Hostel movies are just gore p*rn for the mentally deficient.

    Rosemary's baby wasn't quite as physically graphic... and considering what they had Linda Blair do at that age.... That's why I asked...
