I think we can cross out Manziel.

BOB will not want this mess.

Do people know Johnny was injured in the LSU and Missouri games. And no this is not to say he is going to be injury prone. He smashed his thumb on his throwing hand against Mathews helmet (in the pocket I believe) the game before. Apparently he had trouble even brushing his teeth. He was missing passes that he hits most of the time in both of those games.

QBs play hurt all the time, doesn't explain his incapacity in the pocket

People bring up these last two games as examples of why he can't play at the next level. He plays through injuries, but playing with a busted thumb on your throwing hand affects your game quite a bit.

    He also said:

"Having said all of that, I do believe he's got the arm strength, athletic ability, the passion for the game, at the end of the day, he's different than any quarterback I've done before. He's different than [Robert Griffin III], different than Cam Newton, different than Andrew Luck, and he's different than Russell Wilson.
But I believe in the kid. I think he's going to be a Top 10 if not a Top 5 pick. But you're going to have to live with some of those negative plays in addition to the positive ones."

Yeah, 'cause Braddock is the head of the Texans scouting department after all. He's got Brett Smith of Wyoming as his top QB prospect, for crying out loud. He didn't even get invited to the combine! The term "NFL Expert" seems awfully generous. I have opinions on Manziel and Bridgewater too! Does that make me an expert?

Did Manziel steal your girlfriend while pouring sugar in your gas tank or something? I can't remember a single positive thing you've said about him.

I love Manziels skill set, love his swagger

I just don't think he is worth a first round selection.

Sean Jones was on 790 today and he basically said he's a third round pick. Clowney is the guy on draft day.

I seriously doubt that it "offsets" anything. But I also doubt being a smidgen under 6ft changed all that much since people were expecting him to be close to there.

I will say though, that why the hell would manziel put it out there that he was going to measure 6ft when he knew (or should have known) damn well that he was a little under? Did he really think he would/could get away with that BS?

It's somewhat psychological. That's why prices are always $5.99 and not $6. It's why gas is $3.99.9 instead of $4.
