I've never been a fan of Pluckers either. Don't get the hype.

Korean Wings are the best.....not even close.

    They double fry them....crunchy yum.

    I hate slimy wings.

anyone ever just go to Kroger or Randalls, and just get like a big ass bag of frozen chicken wings??

take them home, deep fry them for a couple of minutes, then toss them in Frank's Hot Sauce.

    it's the bomb diggity.

The new sriracha wings at BW3 are actually fairly decent.

Are there any non-suburban-chain franchise recommendations? Something not mass produced?

Hooter's has become my go-to place if I'm wanting to eat/watch game. You just can't find better service.

The one time I went to Hooters our waitress and her friend met up with me and my friend after. They smelled like food. It was gross. Never been back.

The one time I went to Twin Peaks I set at the bar across from a Charlie Sheen wannabe. Then an older man (60's) comes up to the bar (clearly from Katy, TX) with a maniacal smile on his face. He's ogling the bar tender. When she turns he cries out, "it's me" and she looks confused. He pulls his phone out of his pocket and shows her the picture of him and her hugging that he took at some point. He was wearing the same shirt. Never been back.

Is there a place to go and eat wings like a gentleman in Houston? I like t***. I like food. I don't like combining them.

I'm pretty sure everyone who works in a restaurant smells like that after they leave until they do something to change that. Don't hate Hooter's because you tried to score with their skanky waitresses who didn't even feel the need to freshen up before meeting up with you and your friend.
