Disagree hugely with the point of the new cba making it harder to retain parsons, this cba allows teams to hold onto their players more than ever and the current cba pretty much gets rid of teams making terrible deals that are impossible to match when a player is coming off his rookie contract.

I couldn't imagine Dwight and Rondo in the same locker room.

Dwight likes to dance around, act goofy, and have fun with the team.

Rondo seems like he's all business all the time and would be put-off by the way the locker room is.

Just what I see from the limited view I have from the outside. I just don't see how it would mesh.

I thnk that goes without saying, since they dont play the same position. People are assuming the deal HAS to be parsons for Rondo straight up. Or that no separate deals will be made.

I dont know how I feel just hope the outcome is good for the squad. I still feel Rondo would be a bad fit and I dont like his off court demeanor, but he is a good PG. I still wouldnt give up Parsons tho he is a championship glue guy. If I was Morey I would do Lin/Asik/Jones/2014 2nd Rounder/Future 1st Rounder for Rondo,Green. Lets move Parsons to the 4 where I think he would excel at he can play that Hedo role just like that Orlando team. My dream scenario would be to get Korver at the 3 and move Parsons to the 4. Whatever happens I believe in this team and believe in the future of this team is in good hands.

    Rondo/Bev
    Harden/Garcia
    Green/Covington
    Parsons/Casspi
    Howard/DMO

I dunno if Rondo fits very well. His 3 point shooting is atrocious. I would hope our team is willing to change their offensive philosophy.

How much of an upgrade is Rondo over Bev/Lin on defense these days? Have not seen Rondo play this year...

It makes it like a 99% certainty we can retain him if Les is willing to foot the bill, but it also makes it rather expensive to do that and have a fourth really good player.

exactly... They are nice guys, codamn said we need an enforcer, have gunslingers but no true cowboy, Howard hitting the nae nae doesn't help us get a ring, Howard wants a ring more than anyone and I think he would agree rondo helps his chances vs bev

This I'm hoping for BASS + RONDO and it's a wrap WCF.

I rather have Kevin love as least u know he had good knees. And I think parson getting the max in free agency 2015 isn't that likely cause 2015 has ton of free agents.

If Morey gives Parsons the shaft...

At this point how many players has he screwed over? Lowry, Dragic, Lin, Asik, Parsons... I mean, Morey is wheelin and dealin, but he's making a lot of bad blood with other teams, GMs, and players...

In the future, players won't want to come to Houston, because they will be afraid of getting screwed over.

His numbers are weird. He's shooting 38% from 3 and he's not even close to that normally.

He's already made 11 3-pointers this year, and the most he's made in a season previously is 17. Yes, 17.

He's already got 11 this season in 10 games in limited minutes.

His per 36 minute averages this season so far (10 games):

    13.0 ppg, 9.4 assists, 6.4 rebounds, 1.9 steals, .443 2pt%, .379 3pt%, 50% free throw percentage, .482 TS%, 16.1 PER

    His efficiency is not good.
