It's a fun game, however, I wish it was at least 8 v 8, and the AI need a BIG bump. They're incredibly stupid.
Yeah, the pilot movement makes the game fun and interesting. Several times I used wall runs and jumps to chase someone for the kill as well as making my way up buildings to rodeo onto titans. Combat gets super intense with the AI grunts and titan battles.
Where did I say it compared to those cards? I said Source Engine games can and do run on Intel HD3000. He asked if his machine could play it. Yes, there is a possibility that his machine will run the game - but if it does he's on the very edge of it. Here is an full list of games that will run on the HD3000 on an Intel Core 2. He has a better processor so should be able to play all of those games, and more. If you'll notice Team Fortress 2 is listed, and it is a Source Engine games. http://www.intel.com/support/graphics/intelhdgraphics3000_2000/sb/CS-032052.htm The Intel 4000 in the Surface 1 and The 4400 in the Surface 2 aren't as good as those cards listed as minimum specs... but I've personally seen Titanfall alpha on a Surface Pro.
that seems to be the consensus from people playing it today.... I expect a buff btw - I am NeonPhyzics if anyone is one the XB1 later this evening
I don't know, maybe because you posted the MINIMAL requirements? And no, what you've stated was there is a possibility to RUN it. Playing it SMOOTHLY is a whole other story which he asked. What? HD3000 that runs with a Core 2? That doesn't even make sense since it's impossible. TF2 is a 6 year old game. This is a recent "next-gen" game using the Source engine. DIFFERENT. Those cards are better than an HD3000. The HD4400 is pretty close to those older mid-range cards since Intel had 2-generations to improve it against their HD3000. HD4000 is slightly better, but still slower. Like I said, he would have to crank it to low and drop the resolution down. PLAYABLE? Sure. SMOOTHLY? Maybe. Will it run? DEFINITELY.
played it at my friends house last night.. i have a PS4 and not a XB1. Definitely a fun game and a must buy for anyone that owns a XB1. Pilot controls are unique and adds something new to the FPS genre. But overall for me I think I might just be getting old and while it's fun I'm just not as invested anymore. Fun game.. not ground breaking but it could be a lot better like others have said if it was 8 vs 8. That would be a perfect number
Servers have been down for a minute apparently. I played 2 games with rawool, and my understanding is they went down after that and are still being worked on. (For PC anyway)
