The coach knows the game situation much better than any fan. But the players know it best. When I see this clip I just think champions. Player ownership is a great thing. It makes coaching so easy.

After watching the Jeremy Lin GIF, I wouldn't really call that running the play. It was more a minor tweak towards the end of a play they already had in their heads and half of them weren't even listening. AM I wrong? I haven't been in a huddle like this for about 10 years
As it's been pointed out by others, that GIF is prior to the Wizards last possession of the game. We were leading 113-112 and we were preparing to play defense.
