Wow, seriously we can never hold onto a big lead in the 3rd or 4th quarters!

I was watching the game in a pub and left for home when we were like 19 up in the third quarter. Thinking I could just enjoy the blow out win for the last half of the 4th quarter in the comfort of my room with a beer...

Another heart attack last quarter but at least we are winning these games now when we used to lose them at the start of the season.

    Me too!

But I'll have withdrawal symptoms though.

    Go Rockets!

    V v v ugly but a win is a win.

A week from now, it'll be just remembered as a win.
And that is all that matters.

I only caught the last 5 minutes of the game, so thankfully I missed Ariza going nuts on us. That was a hell of an ending. Big props to Harden for nailing his FT's tonight, as we needed every last one of them.

You should be used to ugly wins by now.

Like I said Lin wont be on this team in a years time....

and playing like a SG on this team... if you really want him to play well play him as a PG

but we know that wont happen...

Lin turned the ball over like a bonehead...

but your Max player played horrible defence in the 3rd so if people want to single players out... I would be looking at your number 1 option

instead we have people making excuses Hardens 4 turnovers... and Howards 7

because they are NOT the PG on the team...

    LOL

dude, mchale can barely walk right now. how is he supposed to play a full court game???? I don't think SG would be the best position for him.

This is why the basketball format is the best. It's too bad football and the NFL are one and done. Can imagine how the Broncos are feeling due to binging on weed and drinks right before the big game? Sucks to be them.

just pointing out there is a lot of chatter on Role player Lin... especially after the game....

I can understand it during the game thread...

but were talking about people talking about it after the game like Lin was the only one to turn the ball over like a bonehead in the game...

Pssst, we won the game. The real fans are trying to enjoy the win, while the rest of you whine over who should get blame for an irrelevant lost lead in the 3rd quarter. Please kindly stfu and go be butthurt somewhere else.

was very much the worst of Harden in the 3rd and the worst of Lin in the fourth. Some terrible D and decision-making eugh. Happy to get out with the win though!

His attitude, hustle, and killer instinct play a huge part too. Dwight, James, and Chandler have all said his presence on the floor and his energy is contagious and inspires them to step their's up. You also left out that Bev's got a higher 3pt percentage. He's not just there to "make up for Harden's defensive liabilities".

Dude, Dwight hand an amazing +/- 16, 24 point, and 16 rebounds tonight on top of making all his FTs. I think people are just happy about that and while his TOs are inexcusable, he's a top contributer to us winning tonight.

And people were on Harden's ass all night for his defense.

Some Lin fans argue that Lin isn't a true PG and is better played as a combo guard more on the SG side, but you're entitled to your opinion. The issue has more to do with him not being able to co-exist on a team with Harden. Everyone on the team has to adjust to Harden's and Howard's plays. Why does Lin get excuses?

    You got a point there.

A timely time-out call during the 3rd quarter would have helped a lot, I think.

I'm a big fan of Lin, but even I'm getting tired of all these people arguing about him over and over. It never ends. We won today! Can we enjoy that tonight? 7 wins in a row!!!! Woo!
