How do you think the game would of ended if Nene and Gortat didn't foul out?

 

This. Lin did not draw the last play lol.

 

oh I know. I said there was A LOT of blame to go around. I only point out the particular play because it was so inexcusable... Wizards were finally starting to miss their 3s by that point, rockets up by 5. just simply bringing up the ball under control would have assured an easy victory, especially they way the were guarding and hacking Dwight.

Speechless. What an amazing game.

We tried our best to choke it away but Harden dragged us to victory! 2-0 vs. the Wizards thanks to Harden both games lol.

Patrick Beverley is so important to this lineup, we were so sloppy without him in that starting unit tonight. We made so many boneheaded plays tonight with Howard and Lin making the worst turnovers. And when we were falling apart we kept going away from Harden in the 4th which infuriated me.

But a win is a win and it's extra sweet since the ASG is coming up. Let's get healthy and make our playoff push!

 

LOL next season, Lin is the head coach, Bev is the assistant coach and Mchale back to play SG for the Rockets. Of course just a joke.

 

That last offensive set play was brilliant. It looked exactly the same as the play before, but once it started, the play was very different. Credit to whoever came up with that.

It might have been Lin, seeing he was running the defense.

Lin wasn't the only one; note the whole team was involved. It wasn't a play rather just spelling out the defensive rotations, etc.

 

McHale is in the bottom right holding the board and nodding his head, I guess he approves the play.

 

Lin is a role player playing out of position...there is way to much scrutiny on a guy who knows he might be traded in a week...

if your going to scrutinize players... I would be looking at your number 1 option everyone is creaming over the last play of the game... a game winner...

but who was a big part in losing that 18 point lead...

 

False. You make players like Ariza put it on the floor and take the shot off the dribble.

Its not about caring what the media thinks but the question marks and criticisms about this team are valid. They have to clean that up or they won't make it to play the Pacers, Thunder, Clippers, etc.

 

Glad you're excited the Rockets won.

 

Sampson looks like he's related to Larry Flint.

 

Listen guys, we're going into the all-star break with a 7-game winning streak. You can feel good about it and enjoy the week off, or you can choose to remain bitter and try to pick fights, call names, and point fingers. The near melt-down was a test that the team passed - they were able to secure a win in the most-improbable way, either because they're very good or they're blessed. Either way we should be happy.

On another note, we have probably seen the last of some players on our home court. I hope that we can keep everyone but, if not, best of luck the rest of the way! Once a Rocket, always a Rocket!

 

I didnt get to see the 3rd quarter, what happened to the 19 points lead?

 

As tonight has shown, Bev is really just around to make up for Harden's defensive liabilities. He doesn't turn the ball over because he doesn't make plays. Lin is expected to run plays, Bev isn't.
