part of the blame is obviously on the players. But does anyone notice that we have had several SHOT CLOCK VIOLATIONS!?!?! late in games, coming out of a timeout? i can think of two that were at home. thats just unacceptable

We aren't that far from them. Remember they've had years to gel and add the right pieces. We need a couple key pieces, which can come from moving Asik and/or Lin and have all of them gel. We're maybe 1-2 years away from being serious contenders if Harden and Dwight keep playing like this.
What a fantastic variation on the last play. Set it up like they were running the same thing, Lin faked the curl but stayed, and Harden popped out with loads of open space. Props to Coach.
Actually I was impressed... He didn't repeat the same inbounds play, it was similar but there was a variation that confused the defense. Impressed.

Very good end of game play with 4 seconds. Totally freed Harden to either shoot or drive (and got Ariza to foul before then).
Release Lin and fire Mchale. Hire Lin as the new Head Coach, and Mchale can be like the Dream, a big man mentor.
