Yes or no? As far as I know I never had a gay teammate, but I don't think I would have let it bother me. What say you? Poll is anonymous.
your question is ambiguous. Not being comfortable being naked in front of a gay person is not the same as not being comfortable with a gay teammate. Why would anyone not be comfortable with a gay teammate?
Sorry, I thought it was understood what being a teammate means, such as spending time in a locker room together, sharing a room, eating together etc.

be willing to get naked in front of a gay person does not make a man open minded. If a woman was willing to get naked in front of hetero men would you call her open minded?
no. gay men find a man desirable and hetero men find women desirable. You are asking if clutchfans members are comfortable getting undressed in front of someone who finds them desirable. I am perfectly comfortable giving someone a free show. I voted yes.
Right, but your hypothetical wasn't 51 women and a hetero male, I read it as 1 woman and a team of hetero males. Very different wouldn't you say? And just because you are straight and another person is gay, doesn't mean that you are desirable to them lol.
who cares? do you call a women who is okay getting naked in front of a hetero male open minded (assuming its not her significant other)? sure I would. I can raise the objections of others even if I don't relate to them.
I suppose if more teams follow the Rockets example of installing "wiener walls" in the team showers, it would pretty much solve the specific issue tallanover raises (which I think is a fairly reasonable one; if a straight man feels uncomfortable disrobing in front of gay men, I think it would be unfair to accuse him of homophobia. I realize no one has explicitly suggested this in the thread). Otherwise I don't see where there should be any issues, except from outright bigots.
I still am not understanding how this is relevant at all. But no I would not say that this one action makes someone "open minded"
I was responding to this comment Saying you are not comfortable getting naked in front of a gay man does not make someone close minded nor does the opposite make someone open minded.
tell us why you're not comfortable doing this, and I can judge whther or not you're being close-minded, or just plain stupid, or if you have unearthed a killer argument that will leave us weeping.
Will I have to take a shower with him? If so, no I am not ok with it. Those gays like to stick stuff in butts and play wrap around johnny. If no showers, let the rainbows shine over my fabulous team!
