Not relevant but GSW are 8th seed. Wtf have they been doing? Especially when they were considered the winners during the summer for FA.

Oh, trap game, Rubio drops 30 on 10-40 3PT shooting.

We will cream their panties in this game. No wait....that analogy didn't sound right.

    No, wait...yes it did.

Rockets have been getting in some good practise on the Timberwolves court. Shots will be dropping, D will be tight. Rockets will be keen to leave Min because they've been there for days. There's been some good male bonding time, chemistry will be good on court. The teams fully healthy just about. It's all looking good. Pull out your benjamins

They're inconsistent. That's their problem. Since that 10-game winning streak, they've basically played .500 ball. Win one or two, lose one or two. That being said, they're still 9 games over .500 and only 4 back of us. Plus Dallas and Phoenix have been playing well lately which is part of the reason the Warriors have fallen behind them.

I think it shows how tough the west is, even in 8th spot their still easily the 10th best team in the NBA this season, that usually good enough for 4-6 seed. With that said while its true were only 4 games up on them were also only 3 games back from 2nd place. I think after the rockets at the 5 seed, there's a drop off in talent from 6-8 out west.

    Elite
    1. Thunder

    Could be elite by playoffs
    2. Clippers
    3. Rockets

    Talented but not elite potential
    4. Spurs
    5. Trailblazers

    Bottom playoff teams out west

    6. Warriors
    7. Grizzlies
    8. Mavs
    9. Suns

Now clearly any seeding change could happen but if I had to bet this is what I think it would be. The suns are a good team but IMO they our the pre-harden rockets that got the 14th pick every yr. the playoffs out west will heavily depend on match ups if the spurs or Portland get a bad matchup I could see them being bounced in the first round.

This is a very important game. If we get this win, and beat Washington on Wednesday, we have a chance to catch the Blazers by the All Star break. They have 2 games back to back against OKC and LAC.

Memphis is better than the Clippers when Conley comes back healthy. They have 2 solid low post players, and and they have depth at the wing, which is what Morey should have upgraded this season, but we got stuck with Garcia and Brewer.

I wouldn't be surprised if the Grizzlies made it into 8th seed and knocked out the Thunder in a 1st round upset.

Rockets' floppy D makes every game a tough win, regardless of who's playing.

The Rockets will have no problem running their streak to 6 games.
