- It's far-fetched because when Lin walks out of the doors of Toyota Center, he can eat in the same restaurants as the rest of his teammates. - It's far-fetched because when the team travels, Lin can sleep in the same hotels as the rest of his teammates. - It's far-fetched because Lin can use the same restrooms as the rest of his teammates. - It's far-fetched because Lin is free to play games without individuals in the crowd throwing objects at his head while yelling racial slurs with no repercussion. - It's far-fetched because as far as I know, none of Lin's teammates have refused to play for the Rockets because he is Asian. - It's far-fetched because as far as I know, no opposing teams have brazenly refused to play the Rockets because Lin is Asian. - It's far-fetched because as far as I know, the Commissioner has not had to seek protection due to various and sundry death threats received as a result of allowing Lin to play in the league because he is Asian. Shall I go on? To compare Lin, Tiger Woods, the Williams sisters, or any other athlete who is one of the first of their race in a professional sport in this generation to Jackie Robinson and what those of his ilk endured is -- as I said -- beyond insulting. Seriously.
Never insinuated that anything Rockets didn't want Lin. You are taking my words out of context but his experiences are far more of an obstacle than anything any other NBA player had to experienced. I don't think Euro league would ever offer him a chance like they did Beverly and they didn't. Just look at guys like Austin Rivers... how the heck does a player like that even get picked in the first round? Case closed.

I apologize but was not thinking in that context. But the challenges of even being in the league in the first place as an Asian far from 7ft tall. Again I do apologize if there was any insinuation of that context.

Quite frankly, I feel our eastern conference record is underwhelming. Rockets have only played the Pacers once. We still got two games against Miami and one left against Indiana. Those are really the only two teams Rockets should lose to in that cesspool of failure in the East.

@Jonathan_Feigen: Along with Asik's return, Kevin McHale said Francisco Garcia could get limited time. @HoustonRockets: McHale adds that Garcia may play "a little bit, maybe." Healthiest we have been since the first week in the year, only Greg to go
Sweet  I hope he has a good outing We need everyone healthy and in sync as we get closer to the playoffs
