New Orleans now has an all star to represent them in the game
Meh. Goran was more deserving but understandable that New Orleans gets a player in the game since they're hosting. Just not impressed with players that aren't even on .500 teams. If you're that good your team ought to at least be .500.
No, why would that help? Kobe isn't the snub. Goran's the snub and he's leading his team to more success and has all-star caliber numbers. If this game wasn't in New Orleans I'd say it was a travesty but the all-star game is meaningless anyway. Just would've been nice for Goran to get some recognition for his play since he's got his team headed to the playoffs and AD's team is probably going to be rolling the dice for a high lotto pick (again).
yep no dragic all that riding his..... for a dude who is not an allstar, and dissing their teams PG in the process. was rooting for dragic this year was playing solid, but due to the # of rockets fans on his bandwagon, I hope his team not making the playoffs is the next thing that happens.
It was really either him or Dragic. Best argument for Dragic is that he's leading that team to more wins than Davis. Dragic still has a small chance if CP3 doesn't play. Davis is having an incredible season too so well deserved.
I totally understand how you feel. How can the so called fans not embrace the ones on your team that are actually helping your team win, but drool all over the one that CHOSE to leave you for another team and is not winning as many games? It's like your mom left your dad for another man, and you hate your step mom who is doing her best to love you and take good care of you, doing all your cooking and laundry .
Anthony Davis deserved it. Dragic does also, but I think Dragic still makes it, because I think CP3 should sit out regardless.
Anthony Davis can't help it if his team isn't all that. What's he averaging, 20 points, 11 boards, 3 blocks? And we're gonna hate on him? Look, DeMarcus Cousins could be in the conversation, and obviously Dragic; but the former is a punk, albeit very talented, and the latter would be, like, the 18th guard on the All Star team. Besides, doesn't the hometown crowd deserve to see their boy?
Damned skippy. Sucks that Goran didn't make it, but could you imagine how pissed we'd all have been last year if they didn't included Harden when we were hosting??
