Asik for KG. KG in a backup role would be good for this team.

Brewer and a 2nd rd pick for Wes Johnson and Xavier Henry.

Morey will ship off Parsons before he moves Jones.

And I think people are really jumping to conclusions thinking Morey even wants Rondo and or if the Rockets even have enough to get him.

And Rondo is a dxxk so not sure if Harden and Howard want him on the team anyway which is the most important thing.

Jones is developing at an alarming rate. He's impressed me in the past month. If he can continue to grow I can't see us letting him go for anything less than a proven star. Hell, even sustaining his level of play from the past few weeks would be outstanding.

That's not true. Parsons is not going anywhere. The pecking order on this team is:

    1. Dwight/James
    2. Parsons
    3. Everybody else

As hard as it is to find quality big men in this league and now Morey has FINALLY drafted a power forward who may actually end up an All Star caliber player and Parsons is close to cashing in on a big pay day.... You keep thinking that if you want to.

And if Howard ever develops a consistent post game _ that will make Parsons even more replaceable. The small forward spot is probably the easiest position to replace in the NBA...

I will keep thinking that. Parsons is going n.o.w.h.e.r.e.

I think Lin is finally comfortable with his role as 6th man. I wasnt a fan at first because i think the team needs him for his assists in the starting unit cause i didnt trust Harden to run the team. But Bev plays better as a starter and Lin does add a spark to the team. This team is starting to gel. As a starter 14 pts and 5 assists are average numbers but off the bench those numbers are great. And it allows Lin the opportunity to grow and learn to consistenly stay aggressive. As a starter he would disappear for games at a time. Less pressure off the bench, just come in and attack, set up your teammates and look to score when possible. Great role and very important one.

Jones is Morey's pet pick. And I think Jones is barley scratching the surface of what he can do. He's still learning to play with his size. People forget he was a point guard and high school and recruited as a guard to college and grew in college.

And Harden would probably be upset if they traded TJ because that seems like his closest friend on the team... Because as soon as TJ was through with the Orlando games this summer, Harden had him out in Cali with him. And remember how Harden was calling TJ the "X Factor" early in the season.

I never said he was... What I said was Morey will ship off Parsons before he would trade Jones.

Don't go betting the farm on your list.

    1. Dwight Howard (untouchable, only traded if caught sleeping with Mrs. Morey)
    2. James Harden (practically untouchable, only traded if caught sleeping with Mrs. Alexander; but Les would forgive Dwight)
    3. Chandler Parsons (Da Glue Guy)
    4. Terrence Jones (just killing it lately, as I always suspected he would; thankfully McHale was forced to play him)

Doubtful. Trade Parsons and McHale will hang himself in the closet with his own belt.

    6'9" 220 lbs

    56% two pointers
    41% three pointers

    17/6/4/1

Those are not easy numbers to replace....

Had the Rockets losts to SA, Dal and PHX i think a trade was more likely to happen. However, over the past few games there has been something resembling chemistry developing on this team. I don't know if it's for show for trading partners or whether it is sustainable, but it is conceivable that the Rockets could get into the top 4 in the west and maybe as high as #2. Morey will try to get a wing defender who can hit 3s but that's Casspi's and Garcia's roles and they are capable of getting into rhythm and getting hot. Other than the Celtics, Sixers, Cavs and Lakers I see no teams that are truly desiring to move assets. I don't know if any of those teams provide much value to the Rockets for this year....possibly Rondo. To get Rondo, Lin, Asik and Jones would probably get into the trade pkg. that might be too high a price.

Who cares... It's not like McHale is some kind of mastermind coach that can't be replaced.

We don't have many pieces to trade for a impact player,no one would want Lin and his contract,Brewer lol Same with Casspi
Only one I See would be DMo and Asik

With the development of TJ and Howard's post game coming along _ they are. If Parsons was a lock down defender which he isn't _ different story.

So basically you want Scottie Pippen aka a top 50 player of all time? Seams reasonable.

Even if Scottie could still play, he burned his bridge here. He isn't walking through that door.

Paul George is a max player, Parsons is a 2nd round pick who makes less than a million dollars per year.

I don't post in the GARM too often anymore, are you always this dense?

George plays the same position _ puts up better numbers and doesn't have an offensive force like Harden on the floor with him like Parsons does ____ So yes I do expect him to be a lock down defender.

That would be WAY too high a price for Rondo for sure.
