Dwight was absolutely dominant. Carried the team and scored at will against Plumlee. Harden, Parsons, Jones, Bev were all good. Lin had a solid game too. 11 points on just 6 shots, with a ton of would-be assists that led to FT attempts for his bigs. Solid defense too.
Thank Dwight for this one: great game. But it was a team win; contributions from everyone. I don't want to see this team in the playoffs. Too many ex-Rockets who want to stick it to the organization.
This game tonight said a lot. The Rockets are better than they were a few weeks ago. Also, they need to address the bench situation. Great finish tonight though.
McHale's still far from being a championship coach. Nice game from Harden, Howard, TJones, PBEV and Lin. I hope nobody gets traded but reality sucks sometimes.
I enjoyed it too. I've been enjoying the Hack-a-Dwight as well. Seems more like the other team is doing a favor for us rather than hurt us.
Had to leave the thread around page 11 because too many people were freaking out. Came back and we got the win. Not to toot my own horn but my calmness gave our players the resolve to win.
Solid win from the Rockets! They really look like they are getting comfortable getting Dwight the ball. Multiple times when there was a scramble, offensive breakdown, they were still looking for Dwight on the block. Earlier in the season that wasn't happening. Terrible production from the bench except from Lin in the 4th Even though Phoenix scored 100+, I was actually happy with the defense overall. There was some terrible lulls in the 2nd and 3rd qtrs, but for the most part, they played hard defensively. Dwight ft monster! love it. when he gets a rhythm there is no stopping him.
I am glad we fought back to get the win. The team showed more determination tonight. Dwight was just great.
I would prefer swinging from those babies much more than Harden's or Dwight's any day of the week (or month, or year for that matter). Got both of those players beat on PER while making whaaaaaaaat?
Kevin McHale really out coached Jeff Hornacek bad in the 2nd half. Rockets made all the adjustments at halftime and Suns made none that were effective.
#1 The Suns lost to the Rockets because the Suns lack any stars. #2 Dragic has played well, he will decline the player option and you will pay a pretty penny to keep him. #3 Not sure why the future looks that bright. You have good role players but lack stars, and this is a stars league.
