James Harden talks about the rockets' season, his overall performance, flopping etc [video]

Harden has pretty sharp responses during interviews. Between this and the ESPN interview he seems to do a pretty good job avoiding trap questions.

 

I really like how they called him out on his D. It should give him a little motivation.

 

I like that he says in order for us to be a real top 3/contender team. He needs to play at a higher level on defense and offense. I think the defense is a no brainless he's a smart guy but offensively he can get better by trusting his teammates more and I think once again from being a smart guy he understands this.

One thing we know is hardens been around and played with the best players in the game and seen how the prepare and treat their team in KD and Lebron and Kobe in the Olympics. He knows he has to trust his team as those guys do and this will elevate not only the rockets but even harden will score more and a lot more efficiently Then he already does it.

 

We're damned lucky to have James Harden.

James, the answer is not to Iso more, it's to trust your teammates more and play some defense.

 

Sweet interview, I really enjoyed this one. Harden doesn't talk much so it's hard to get a read on him. Very genuine and humble, I like it.
