Hella boxing out. My perks are all that revolving around rebounding as well. MyPlayer is on Hall of Fame (x2 bonus on VC) but I used to play the same difficulty on 360 (same year 2k) with same size center with same perks and was beast on the boards, so I know how to rebound. Off topic, unfair analysis on Yao.

I come off a 6 game winning streak online & just lost 2 games in a row. During the winning streak I shoot .650% but during the loses I shot only .450%...the thing that drives me nuts is Lin missed a wide open fast break dunk that would've tied one of the games, & in the same game multiple open lay-ups were missed by T.J., Howard and Harden...LAYUPS! Add to that the fact that Miami (everyone either plays Miami, Pacers or OKC) gets to knock over players and instead of a charge, it's called a blocking foul? They make 20 free throws in that game...10 in the first qtr alone! (I made 4/6 for the game) After all that I'm up by 10 midway through the 3rd, then all of a sudden everyone goes cold, Parsons runs out of bounds on a fast break instead of dunking it, my passes start going into the crowd, Miami grabs every offensive rebound, Harden & Howard can't make open layups, but Miami are able to make every contested shot, including some ridiculous ones ...I mean what the heck? I hate being cheated...and to rub it in R. Lewis accidentally throws up a random / accidental half court shot & it goes in. 2K gives to much advantage to LeBron... Yes I'm venting, & I'm pee'd off...my wife wants me to throw the game away after almost losing it tonight.
The game can be very frustrating... as demonstrated by some of my own posts here... Why just today, playing as Rudy gay, the four bots I was playing with (players quit early as they do) simply refused to pass him the ball.... Open lane cuts, wide-open looks at the perimeter.... even standing right before them with no opponent between us, repeatedly, desperately tapping away for the ball.... they would NOT relent... On four occasions I saw Thompson prefer to take an impossible awkward shot than pass it to Rudy Gay... I finished with 24pts at a 56% rate on very few touches but a D- rating thanks to repeated pass calling...... The team lost by 10 points....
I'm almost positive it was disabled in a patch due to it corrupting saves. (or something to that effect)
I am up to my nba finals in mycareer and I'm wondering if any of you have had the problem with not seeing if you get MVP! or get selelected to all nba teams.

For you MyTeam players, the 93-94 Rockets Historic Pack came out today for 3.75 k VC which is pretty cheap compared to the other packs. The Dream is the reward for completing the collection, I am going to try to complete it after I get off work.
So a quick recap, MyPlayer requested trades to Houston multiple times over multiple years. I am currently in the 2018-2019 season and playing for OKC. I have played for the Hawks, Wolves, Heat and Thunder. I decided to give up on that player and start a new. The game still has a broken feature in regards to when you can hit the free agent market. My contract says Team Option for every single year. It's annoying.
Anyone else constantly have server issues on the PS4? or is it just my internet acting up? nearly every online match I play theres at least some lag. And I've had more then a few end saying "network conditions are too poor to continue". and MyTeam isn't even worth trying, I've played 3 or 4 games and wasn't able to finish any of them because servers messed up in the middle every time...
The 2k servers tend to mess up from time to time, but if you're having lag and network problems nearly every time like you say, then the problem is definitely your Internet connection.
They present the MVP when they present the championship. As far as all-NBA goes, you can look up your awards in your player card. My stats are maxed out and my player is a 96 overall after 1 season. Is that set or will higher stat thresholds open up further in my career so I can get my guy to a 99? I want to request a trade to Houston (or Miami since LBJ said he wanted to team up), but I am in a really good situation in Utah since my guy handles everything.
Does anyone have the same trouble with the CPU play in MyCareer mode? They're just stupid, they pass up open three's on the break for contested layups, they layup shots under the basket that should be dunked and miss, and they make it super easy to get scored on when they play defense, especially in the paint. I have it on Superstar level right now... should I bump up to HOF, or will that not make much of a difference?
