Looks like a head and shoulder formations once a short term rally kicks in. How are do ya think SPY will fall once the formation is set?
So for our Energy class, we have to pick 4 energy stocks that we think will yield the highest returns and I just decided to pick the ones that recently hit their yearly lows and have "higher" beta (since this is a 4 month project). I also wanted to get some emerging markets out there too. With that being said, I put "$25k" each on HNR, HK, PBR, and PTR. Any opinions on these stocks?
I agree. There might be a few small up relief days, but I think they will try to rally it with some effort at 1680 first. If that gives way and goes to 1640 and the 1640 handle fails then all hell is going to break loose.
jobs report Friday could very well be the catalyst for a dump to 1700 or under or on the flip side some oversold bounce
I dollar-cost average and don't think twice about it. But I'm 29 so I'll probably be rooting for the market to tank for a while to make those entry points more attractive.

What to buy? Sitting on some cash. More TNXP, HALO, HIMX or some mar1juana stocks? I'd like to take some risks hoping for a big payout a year down the line.
Anyone have the balls to go long on TWTR before their first ever earnings release in about 45 minutes?
I shorted it and some more after the initial spike up. I also picked up some 55 uts and sold 90 calls just before the mkt closed. It was crazy how many far out of the money call options were being bought today. It was so over the top bullish that I had to go the other way and it was pretty cheap for me to do so with the options.
